Job Description
Assist the Head of Finance in creating monthly / quarterly management accounts for all group companies.
Responsibility for all inter group transactions, recharges and reconciliations.
Maintaining import deposit records.
Posting all purchase ledger overhead invoices on Sage. Processing of weekly payroll payments and journal postings.
Daily import of sales invoices into Sage.
Monthly / quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for all group companies.
Process and prepare financial and business forms, manage ex and correspond with external supplier / customers where necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Part-qualification/Fully qualified in AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
Experienced in bookkeeping or accountancy in an SME environment.
An exceptionally high degree of numeracy and attention to detail.
Experienced and confident using SAGE.
A good communicator, skilled at getting information from a range of sources and departments.
Excellent time management skills and strong analytical skills.
Thrives working both independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively
Strong time management skills and the ability to priorities a workloads.
Polite and professional phone manner.
Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time.
Ability to react positively to tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with both internal and external customers.
