Job Description
- Bookkeeping, including knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciliations
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- HMRC Submissions
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
- Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecast, including cashflow
- Assisting in the preparation of consolidated group accounts
- Supporting the statutory accounts process
- Adhoc duties to support the team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Actively studying towards a formal qualification - CIMA/ACCA - final stage AAT studiers will be considered
- Previous experience of transactional finance is essential - at least a years experience in a varied role
- IT Literate - Excel is essential (V-Look ups and Pivot tables)
- 'Can do' attitude with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
