Financial Accountant

Job Description
- Producing monthly statements, ensure accruals and prepayments are accounted correctly and all balance sheet accounts are accurately
- Ensuring all statutory returns and payments are completed and submitted on time
- Supervising the monthly reporting and budgetary analysis, circulating budget variance
- Overseeing the two accountants responsible for the cash flow and internal supervision
- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting processes
- Support the preparation of VAT returns.
- This includes complex analytical review to maximize recovery of VAT and minimize liabilities
- Participating in annual statutory audit, including the preparation of analysis, documentation and answer audit queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Highly organized, with a strong track record of meeting frequent, tight deadlines.
- Passionate and driven individual looking to grow with a successful business.
- Highly skilled at information management and presenting content to senior stakeholders.

- Excellent IT literacy, especially MS Excel.
