Job Description
- Working as a team to ensure all processing has been complete in a timely manner on a day-to-day basis.
- Daily, Weekly, and monthly processing of payments to suppliers
- Checking of invoices
- Investigating any discrepancies and reporting any issues to the Finance Manager
- Reviewing profit levels to check against invoices.
- Updating and monitoring the internal system with supplier details
- Changing any supplier payment details as required
- Using SAGE for other accounting duties such as sales ledger, reconciliations, and foreign exchange duties
