Job Description
- The management and processing of Contractor invoicing.
- Purchase / sales ledger control
- Cash flow Analysis
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliation
- Assisting in accounts overview on a monthly basis
- Assisting with the process of year end
- Recording of Targets and Commission structures
- Update Sage accounting system - Sales and Purchases ensuring invoices are raised and posted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Processing of invoices
- Answering any accounting queries
- Credit Control
- Preparation of BACS runs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Relevant experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Self-Motivated
- Experience of working within a small team.
- Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience on Sage Line 50 and Sage 200 favorable
- BACS
- Bank Reconciliation
