Job Description
- Ensuring invoices and timesheets are received on time and accurately - this will require ongoing interactions with our contractors on assignment.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure all required documents are in place and with client representatives for sign off of service delivery.
- Calculating and ensuring accurate monthly payments based on timesheets.
- Ensuring client invoices are accurate and ensuring on-time payment through credit control activities.
- Improving payment processes through enabling technological improvements.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Employee payroll management.
- Foreign exchange management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar Finance position or as an account assistant.
- Very comfortable with technology to be able to consistently improve the payment processes.
- Good numerical skills.
- Be an articulate and a good communicator – both written and spoken - with an ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Experience of working with international customers and suppliers across multiple geographical regions and currencies (Desirable)
- Fluency in any other European language (Desirable)
