Job Description
- Responsible for preparation of Statutory Accounts, Tax and other regulatory requirements as required including liaising with the external auditor and application tax/regulatory authority.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory and accounting frameworks .
- Experience preparing audit files, statutory financial statements, regulatory returns and liaising with external auditors (essential).
- To be a Risk Owner, responsible for monitoring and mitigating (via implementing appropriate systems and controls) the risks in accordance with the Board's agreed risk appetite and tolerance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Must have full right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available and applications will not be considered).
