Job Description
- Manage the revenue and operating costs across the portfolio providing analysis to building managers when required
- Complete month end tasks including balance sheet for entities under management
- Line management of one management accountant
- Preparation of reporting packs for external investors
- Review exiting process and identify areas for improvement and efficiency
