Job Description
Managing the day-to-day running of the finance team and function
Produce the monthly Management Pack to include commentary.
Partner with senior stakeholders and other divisions across the business to advise on financials.
Producing financial statements for year-end/ audit and liaise with external accountants.
Cash flow management and forecasting.
Being the first point of contact for projects with finance matters and understanding project costs.
Manage and automate the accounting systems.
Attend monthly IT strategy meetings to help improve infrastructure.
Understand transfer pricing and ensure timely recharge of related associated costs across all companies.
Manage tax and VAT returns.
Suggesting and implement process improvements across the group.
Ad Hoc duties and analysis to support the wider business and Global Financial Director.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing business and take ownership of running the finance function.
The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and have some team management experience.
Candidates must have broad exposure covering reporting, controls and management accounting, preferably from an SME background.
This role would suit someone with good business acumen and the ability to partner well with stakeholders and divisions outside of finance.
