Job Description
- Preparation of monthly Production Accounts, with accurate recording, Accruals and Deferred Income
- Preparation of monthly cashflow by production
- Input of monthly payroll to external payroll supplier portal
- Assisting with Quarterly Reforecasting and Annual Budget preparation
- Review cost monitors and liaise with Production Managers / Production Execs
- Produce budget estimates and report on/explain ver/under spend
- Provide support to Production Managers for completing cost reports
- Provide training to new staff
- Set up cost centers for new productions and close cost centers upon completion
- Raising Sales invoices
- Prepare and maintain recharge schedules
- Post monthly journals
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You must have at least two years' experience
- You must be a team player and be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong working relationships
