Job Description
- Responsible for purchase ledger ensuring invoices are posted and paid accurately and timely
- Maintain up to date bank reconciliation.
- Balance sheet reconciliation for multiple entities
- Support monthly management account preparation
- Support month end and year end close process
- Support annual / bi-annual audit process
- Engage in minor payroll responsibilities
- Maintain up to date documentation of business process and accounting policies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Microsoft Excel Advanced (Vlookups, pivot tables etc.),
- Experience working in a group company structure, familiar with intercompany transactions
