Financial Accountant
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description
- Supplier procedure from procurement to payment
- Production of weekly supplier payment run, including expenses/credit card and Italian purchases
- Monthly VAT return
- Process of customer receipts, aspects of credit control and invoice finance
- Bank reconciliations and maintenance of cash flow
- Assist with month end stock take
- Month end preparation, reporting and analysis
- General office duties
- Electronic and manual recording of data as required by role, specific but not limited to Stock Management System
- Attendance at company mandatory and role specific internal and external Learning and Development sessions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will have a formal AAT qualification
- You will have Sage Accounting and Payroll experience
- Microsoft Office, specifically Excel knowledge
- You will need good organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Have a flexible approach to work with good interpersonal and communication skills
