Job Description
- Processing sales and purchase ledgers
- Reconciliations
- Processing bank payments
- Pricing checks across invoicing systems
- Credit Control
- Processing of supplier payments
- Payroll processing, handling any payroll queries, overtime and staff expenses
- Monitoring and managing petty cash
- Support with weekly / monthly finance reports
- Setting up and processing new Customer / Supplier accounts
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience of working in a similar Finance / Accounts Assistant type role and ideally be AAT Qualified
- Sage 50 and SAGE Payroll experience
- Good IT skills and advanced MS Excel
