- Posting and allocation of customer payments by recording cash, cheques and credit card transactions
- Bank reconciliation
- Responding to client queries
- Raising rent invoices
- Payment runs
- Lease assignments, tenancy terminations and creating new tenancies
- Rent apportions /new rent registration
- Deposit returns
- Bank details verifications
- Dealing with client queries
- Develop and maintain great relationship with other team members
- Any other tasks that require completing for day to day accounting processes
