Job Description
Manage all day to day functions within finance
Raise invoices for orders
Amended monthly invoices for tracking fees
Dealing with inhouse accounts queries and client accounts queries
Managing bank accounts
Liaising with suppliers clients
Chasing outstanding monies
Liaising with external accountants when required
General office and business support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of five years relevant experience within a similar role
Experienced accounts payable assistant
Experience of working with a fully integrated online accounting system
Ability to multi-task and priorities
