Job Description
- Weekly updates of the cashflow documents for actual performance and forecast revenues
- Close working with the Financial Accountant to set up annual cashflow documents
- Monthly reconciliation of the inter-company trading accounts
- Support in the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements
- Support in the year end audit process
- Month end accounting and analysis for overheads
- Month end accounting and analysis for insurance
- Managing the stock process with the Management Accountant
- Revenue accruals and analysis
- Credit card accruals
- Monthly outloads report
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Creation of generation invoices and chasing cash collection
- Other adhoc tasks as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong IT skills including accounting software and MS Office, Excel knowledge is also a strong advantage.
- Be confident in using and switching between different software programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Organized and methodical, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiative and self-sufficiency, but not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Flexibility and willingness to support all members of the team with any task that is required
- Ambition and drive to develop the role
- AAT/CIMA/ACCA studier
