Job Description
- Contractor Time Sheet Management (Supplier Invoice processing / purchase ledger / approvals)
- Sales Ledger (Sales Invoices, Sales Orders)
- Daily payment runs (managing approval process with Directors)
- Sales Order Approval
- Covering Finance Managers during absence
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting team with Credit Control, expenses and payroll
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Invoicing
- Microsoft Excel
- Payments
- Payroll
- Xero
- AAT level 2 is desirable but not essential.
