Financial Accountant

Job Description
- Taking ownership of the group financials including the balance sheet reconciliations
- Consolidating the monthly group accounts - actuals, budget and forecast
- Assisting with the preparation of annual group budget and forecasting
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual statutory accounts
- Assisting with the annual external audit process
- Supporting with tax compliance and submissions
- Ad hoc project work, including potential upcoming acquisitions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA), 3-4 years post qualification experience
- Experienced in preparing financial statements
- Strong skills in Excel are required
- Able to communicate confidently orally and in writing.
- Able to be flexible in terms of a changing environment and constantly changing workload
- IT literate with working knowledge of MS Windows applications.
- Organized and able to handle multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work well within a team environment
- Previous exposure to Multi Currency reporting
