Job Description
Administration of expense management system
Manage application process and approval of Purchase Cards and Credit Cards
Processing expense claims ensuring compliance with company policy local law
Ensure correct VAT treatment of claims
Coding of credit card and purchase card claims
Management of cash claims
Production of payment runs for cash claims for UK administered companies
Calculate and post month end accruals for credit and purchase card claims
General administration and document management
Provide support to European affiliates
Complete balance sheet recs for Financial Accounting
System development and testing as required
Ad hoc Finance Team support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer Service Orientated.
Confident in providing financial feedback to staff.
Excellent at problem solving skills, using initiative and common sense.
Excellent communications skills, both orally and written.
Mature and professional approach to work.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with the whole company in a consistent and positive manner
Good organization skills
