Job Description
Recording and posting invoices into the accounting system
Prepare the payment run for review
Verify and investigate discrepancies
Processing employee expense forms and verifying compliance with travel policies and claiming back VAT when possible
Monthly and Ad-hoc analysis when required
Taking ownership of key balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing schedules for the annual audits
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
At least two years’ experience in general ledger accounting, or similar
Proficiency in accounting and business management software
Retail and tangible product experience would be advantageous
Excellent written English to a professional business use standard
