Job Description
Receive, record, and distribute purchase invoices.
Ensure that each invoice is fully authorized in line with our approval policy.
Deal with purchase ledger enquiries.
Post purchase invoices and credit notes to the purchase ledger.
File documentation digitally.
Reconcile invoices to supplier statements.
Prepare supplier payment runs.
Post and reconcile company credit card statements.
Assist the accounts team with relevant ad-hoc duties.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
Experience with Xero advantageous.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good telephone and communication skills.
Team player
Excel knowledge.
