Financial Accountant

Job Description
- Review of all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Preparation of payment runs in line with credit terms and company policy
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Responding for all supplier queries
- Review and processing of staff expenses in line with company policy
- Process and reconcile credit card transactions
- Managing petty cash
- Bank reconciliations and maintenance of cash schedules
- Assist in month-end close and maintenance of general ledger accounts
- Provide support across the finance team on an ad hoc basis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of Sage accounting System or comparable standard accounting software
- Excel knowledge
- Working within a team environment
