Job Description
- Reconcile Clients accounts on a regular basis
- To ensure all arrears are fully collected
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Set up new Supplier Accounts
- Monthly reconciliations
- Process all business expenses
- Assist with Payroll and work with outsourced payroll provider
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience of working within a Finance role
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Experience using NetSuite and Salesforce desirable
