Job Description
Maintain the purchase order register
Enter purchase ledger invoices
Perform a daily review of expenses for approval
Prepare and post journals (expenses, accruals, fixed assets, payments, sales invoices)
Process fortnightly payment runs (creating and reconciling payments)
Prepare weekly bank reconciliations
Prepare sales invoices and send to customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Purchase ledger experience
Sales ledger experience
Good communication skills
Strong team player
Eager to learn and take on new challenges
Basic excel knowledge Desirable
