This role is within the Optimization & Analytics team. We believe that customer engagement has the power to make a positive difference to our customer’s lives right now and in the future. We support all areas of the bank, as well as teams within Customer & Marketing, particularly the Customer Engagement Squads. - Evaluating customer and product data to inform strategic decisions
- Responding to internal and external enquiries, working with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer centric business solutions
- Maintaining internal and external relationships
- Preparing Management Information (MI) reports with relevant data
- Working with colleagues within the squad to provide insight which identifies, scopes, and evaluates a best in class 121 customer engagement strategy
- Contributing to the bank’s data strategy
