Job Description
- Manage the SPV reporting and compliance requirements and ensure adherence to timetables, including submissions, within the quarterly management accounts.
- Manage a team of 3 accountants.
- Produce statutory accounts and financial statements for group entities.
- Prepare technical accounting papers in accordance with IFRS and UK GAAP
- Provide financial information to any external investors particularly any bond reporting requirements.
- Manage monthly and annual operational and management accounts processes including variance analysis, cash flow, profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
- Assist in the production of Board reports and other reports.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process.
- Any other ad hoc tasks.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent).
- Previous experience of accounting for SPVs or have financing experience.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Strong month end experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101/102.
