Job Description

• Delivery of the accounts according to the month end timetable
• Ensuring high attention to detail and any assumptions made are transparent with good rational
• Delivery of supporting schedules for exceptional items with particular focus on sales and profitability
• Produce and submit all required balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, with adequate support schedules
• Review the Profit and Loss in detail and present the findings to the CFO on a monthly basis, in line with the month end plan
• Effective planning to allow for accurate and timely analysis to meet the demands of the audit
• Work with the sales team to produce a robust company forecast
• Prepare and review the monthly forecast and submit on time to Group
• Providing timely and relevant insights to the MD and Group as and when required
• Scanning the business for risks and opportunities and looking for countermeasures to ensure the integrity of the forecast

• 3-6 month contract, paying a daily rate.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified Accountant ( ACCA,ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience in working with Sales teams to produce forecasts.
• Demonstrable experience P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Demonstrable experience of commercial analysis
• UK Right To Work
• Able to commute to Milton Keynes
• Available immediately or with 1 week notice period currently
