Job Description
- Daily bank reconciliations on multiple accounts.
- Finance reports (Monthly)
- Understanding accounting systems (Sage 50)
- Making payments and liaising with suppliers and clients.
- Invoice creation using Sage
- Overall management of the finance department.
- Management of stock control (stock ordering and reporting for in hand stock.)
- Payroll calculations.
- VAT Returns and Tax filing (HMRC, VAT PAYE, Pensions etc).
- Overseeing the financial health of the organisation
- Bookkeeping
- Formulating short and long term business plans.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in Finance and/or Accountancy
- Preferably AAT
- Experience in Finance and/or Accountancy
- Preferably AAT or NVQ qualified.
- or NVQ qualified.
