Job Description
Responsible for the purchase ledger cycle for assigned accounts
Invoice inputting and account reconciliation
Reporting directly to the purchase ledger manager
Logging, Maintaining and Filing invoices
Assisting with enquires and reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A willingness to learn the Company's purchase ledger cycle
Previous purchase ledger experience preferable
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to deal with suppliers and colleagues across all levels of the business in a timely, polite, and professional manner
Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
Be organised to manage own workload and confidently able to multitask
