Actively drive development of receivable finance and proposition for UK market in order to position as the leading RF bank in the region.
Structure bespoke solutions and work closely with colleagues across the bank, including Sales, Services, Operations and Client Implementation team, to provide support on structured deals and align with business objectives;
Drive formulation, governance, implementation and commercialization of Digital solutions
Support in management of products, governance and pricing reviews
Represent product and proposition team to specific forums (internal and external) and be able to speak to products and digital solutions.
Actively engage in meeting clients alongside frontline colleagues in commercializing / structuring solutions
Responsible for timely and effective engagement with risk stewards on products, and allow for standard product documentation to be kept up to date
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in executing complex deals involving RF and/or ABL products
Functional product knowledge of Invoice discounting, factoring and Asset based lending solutions
Experience in managing relationships with Corporate clients
Experience in Transaction Risk Management team or Wholesale Credit Risk
Proven track record in project/product delivery
Understanding of market trends in digitization of invoice discounting
