Job Description

The mission of Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. You will play a key role in the continued development and transformation of the Global FSSC function. They will be the leader responsible for setting up employment reimbursement, accounts payables and/or fixed asset management policies and processes balancing efficiency and risks. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, highly self-driven and who embrace challenges and changes. 
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the overall operations and set up of the Financial Shared Service Center in the EMEA region.
• Upgrading the financial system and procedures according to the financial management standards and the requirements of overseas businesses.
• Being familiar with local policies and regulations; establishing a mechanism for quality control; managing risks and providing advice from the perspective of internal controls.
• Responding actively to business demands and assessing whether reasonableness of requests; offer professional advice and support.
• Managing and mentoring the SSC team in EMEA

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 8+ years' experience in financial management for multinational corporations; candidates with experience in establishing Financial Shared Service Center overseas and/or from internet companies are preferred.
• Practical knowledge of relevant accounting standards in the region; qualified accountants (e.g. ACCA / ACA or equivalent qualification) preferred
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a great team player, ability to work well across cultures and with international stakeholders across the region and with head office; willingness and ability to collaborate smoothly with domestic and overseas departments.
