Job Description

You will be working closely with the Marketing teams in advising on promoting the brand/products and driving sound commercial decision-making on new product developments and launches

Responsibilities included:

• Effectively business partnering with the CTO, CMO and non-finance stakeholders across the business, providing them with commercial support to be able to drive product development and launches
• Owning and developing the 5-year plan, providing stakeholders with financial input and supporting them with the delivery of the plans to external stakeholders
• Presenting and delivering commercial insights on product performance to the Exec team
• Owning the budgeting, forecasting and month-end close for Marketing and R&D
• Management and development of 1 Finance Analyst

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered you must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5 years post qualified experience and a proven track record working in a commercial finance role where you have supported non-finance stakeholders in driving profitability. Proven experience driving change and implementing new processes is essential. The successful candidate will be proactive in nature, have an ability to challenge and build relationships with non-finance, and will thrive in working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience working in a Retail/Beauty brand is desirable.
