- Serving as the main point of contact for suppliers and accounts
- QuickBooks experience essential
- managing invoices and all levels bookkeeping
- overseeing company expenses
- assisting company director with general admin and communication tasks
- Answering calls and correspondences
- Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Creating a general workflow
This role is for 20 hours a week and can be completed around school times
