Job Description

Working alongside the Credit Control Manager you will help maintain and improve the exceptionally high standards being achieved on the sales ledger.

What you will be doing;

• Monitoring of credit limits
• Credit control
• Liaison with a variety of stakeholders including customers and several internal teams
• Management and compliance with credit insurance policy
• Raising credit notes
• Query management / resolution

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong credit control background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sage X3 would be useful but not essential
• Desire to make a difference and add to what is a very high performing team
