Job Description

A well-established Private members club based in the heart of London are seeking an experienced Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified with 2+ year’s post qualified experience within a Finance Manager role and have hospitality exposure.

You will be responsible for:

• Monthly and quarterly reporting on performance for stakeholders
• Preparation and delivery of Group annual finance statements
• Delivery of monthly compliance reporting in line with debt facilities and management accounts
• Compilation, disclosure, and review with auditors of statutory accounts
• Assisting with the setting up of new corporate entities for acquisitions, opening of new bank accounts, KYC information and relevant corporate/ tax documents
• Proactive project management, resolving risks and concerns through short interval management
• Delivery of audit and finance statement process and procedures
