Job Description

Other duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Assist with daily problem solving and data related issues.
• Provide business reports using reporting tools such as Excel and Microsoft Bi.
• Assist in installation of technology upgrades Projects
• Document and maintain inventory of current software and licenses.
• Support Excel Users using features such as pivot tables and data connectivity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

They are looking to employ a focused and driven Junior ERP Analyst/Systems Support Analyst, their current system is Sage buy applicants with experience with any major ERP system would be of interest. Other key requirements are; excellent communication skills, technical & troubleshooting abilities, the ability to analyse data by developing & using SQL queries, an understanding of Database fundamentals with he ability to create Ansi SQL queries for data manipulation. The role is 50/50 data analysis and wider duties.
