Job Description
  • Delivery work flow check
  • Identify the strategies for identifying target market and channels for delivery.
  • Develop and act as the lead on sales and marketing campaign and promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales forecast (quarterly and yearly) updated as appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting all divers and providing refreshments when requested
  • Managing and arranging inductions for new delivery staff.
  • General administration in relation to the smooth running of the deliveries, including timely responses to queries and requests.
  • Work with senior management to leverage existing clients and drivers.
  • Communicating any relevant delivery information to the office via e-mail.
  • Delivery work flow check
  • Performance analysis for the drivers.
  • Attending trade and technology fairs to learn and disseminate the latest and technology tools to the company.
  • Stock control management.
  • Support the HR team on the newcomers / leavers process
  • Ensure building compliances are met and update building management with records monthly
  • Work with the senior staff to explore new market and opportunity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Track record of working with team (Management experience preferred)
  • Office Manager/administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of preparing the ROTA within budget.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Demonstrable experience of pitching to/working with senior decision makers within organizations.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills to manage customer queries.
  • Good communication skills
  • "Can do Attitude" on working environment.
