Line Manage HR Team members
Maintain an overview of current legislation in all Human Resources matters
Responsible for overseeing the Select HR database system Interrogate and make spot checks to ensure data is being entered correctly
Lead the recruitment and hiring process (preparing and evaluating job descriptions, posting vacancy ads, and managing the hiring process) using ATS platform
Assist Line Managers through recruitment process, including providing guidance on best practice
Create and implement effective onboarding and induction plans which improve the employee experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience as a HR Manager (+ 4 years)
CIPD L5 Qualified
Demonstrate understanding of HR processes
