Job Description
  • Setting up and input of new clients onto Xero Accounts package
  • Process and input opening balances for new clients
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of client accounting records
  • Creating client service charge invoices and allocating payments received
  • Input of purchase ledger invoices and processing payment run
  • Assisting with year-end accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Each client has its own Xero license so experience of the Xero online accounts system, service charge and client accounting would be useful although not essential as full training and support will be provided. However, basic bookkeeping and accountancy knowledge is required and at least two years’ experience would be beneficial.

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
  • bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
