Job Description
- Advising of delays, chasing docs, answering phones etc.
- Understanding the specific requirements at the customer level
- Identifying customer booking pattern and pro-actively engage with customers
- Promoting new market/service opportunities and business development areas
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Able to be flexible, approachable and understanding to satisfy customer needs
- Minimum GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent) essential
