Job Description

Role:

  • To provide technical support to a growing customer base via telephone, live chat, email and remote access
  • To communicate effectively with the customers, ensuring they are aware of your progress in solving issues
  • To identify common technical issues / failings and report these back to the management team
  • Complete technical reports
  • Maintain the ticketing system
  • Respond to and take ownership of the tickets assigned to and escalate when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Desired qualities, skills and knowledge:

  • Ability to work in a small team and integrate well into the surrounding business
  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • A good communicator
  • A person with experience in using and / or supporting EPOS systems
  • Enthusiasm with a lively can-do attitude
