Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Accountant who is ready for a new challenging position with a wide international scope. The role would be to process and control transactions for the department and it will be offering a hybrid working model, with 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up suppliers accounts and responding to suppliers queries
- Allocating suppliers payments and direct debits against invoice
- Processing payments, month company credit card and expenses
- Other tasks as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal applicant will be responsible, organized, have strong analytical skills and have solid experience in a similar accountant payable/Purchase ledger role and knowledge of Oracle R12. It is a great opportunity for someone with fluency in German or Dutch to join a forward-thinking organization and expand their knowledge on an international scale.
- Required to be fluent in German or Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- (Part-Qualified) accountant, CIMA, ACA or ACCA or equivalent is desirable
- Previous skills in accounting, ideally in an Accounts payable/Purchase Ledger role is essential
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 is essential
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or ERP
- Hard worker and able to take full responsibility for Accountancy duties including Trial bookkeeping and management
- Must work in an organized manner and have good communication skills
