Job Description

We are currently supporting a high growth digital design/ manufacturing business based in High Wycombe. This business currently has 4 subsidiaries across the UK, France, Germany and Italy. They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience to join their European finance team, the successful candidate must have fluent speaking skills in either GERMAN or FRENCH. Key duties involved in this German/ French speaking Credit Controller positions are as follows:

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable;
• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers;
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions;
• Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment;
• Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested;
• Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Finance
• Collaborates with the Finance Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a monthly basis;
• Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger;
• Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed;
• Relays changes of information to appropriate employees; and
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum 2 years Credit Controller/ Accounts Receivable experience
• MUST fluently speak either GERMAN or FRENCH
• Experience using Netsuite - desirable.
