Job Description
  • Development of the business plan, annual budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance vs. forecasts, successfully integrating financial diagnostics and analysis.
  • Analysis and identification of risks and opportunities whilst exercising governance and control.
  • Assist in the management of overhead costs and client profitability by providing analytical support.
  • Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the various business units.
  • Manage timely and accurate financial reporting of both local statutory and tax requirements as well as US GAAP requirements.
  • Maintenance and support of the robust internal control procedures to enhance the company control environment and ensure compliance.
  • Support balance sheet review and governance processes.
  • Ad Hoc financial reporting tasks with local/regional teams.
  • Performance management of junior staff within the team
  • Continuous improvement of controls, systems, and processes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Media or Advertising experience is highly preferred.
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification or other equivalent experience.
  • Partnered with business teams to achieve financial and business goals by preparing, collecting, and analyzing financial and business information.
  • Knowledge & experience in operating Financial and Accounting systems - General Ledger, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and people skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in an environment of change.
