This is a great opportunity to help nurture & mentor a small team & to take on extra responsibilities. For the right candidate, they are willing to pay up to £40,000 pa & are offering two days of remote working per week.

Responsibilities -

• Ensuring all KPIs are hit
• Leading a small team
• Resolving any escalated queries
• Conducting one-to-ones with team members
• Aiding the debt collection process
• Assisting with cash allocation
• Preparing debtor reports
• Managing UK and European customer relationships
