Job Description
To successfully apply, candidates should have recent Finance experience and be available to commit to a minimum of 5 months.
- Manage staff
- Ensure any budget changes are properly approved
- Ensure Month End Reporting adheres to timetable
- Lead the development and reporting of frequent financial KPIs and alert Division management of significant variances from targets
- Key support for the Head of Finance, working closely with Operational Leadership as well as staff at all levels of the organization
- Be a key contact with Partner Trust Financial Services for month end reporting
- Provide strong support to the Head of Finance during the Month End and Year End Close including
- Prepare and review journals and lead the reporting for the closing financial position
- Work directly with staff at all levels within the Divisions to support them in developing 18 month rolling forecasts and 3 year plans
- Provide analytical support throughout the Divisions to support effective management of resources
- Lead investigations on complex financial enquiries and ensuring appropriate assistance and advice is provided.
- Support and manage the monthly timetable and identify/report key risks and opportunities
- Maintain a schedule analyzing key items reconciling the year-on-year bridging items
