Job Description
- Preparation of weekly quick for the warehouse
- Completion of BSR's and OBR's on a monthly basis
- Assist in Payroll Management of the site
- Involvement in monthly trading process, posting adjustment and accrual journals
- Reconciliation of Quick to GLR at month end
- Ensuring adherence to the accounting rules, procedures and timescales
- Ownership of ILJ processing whilst liaising with other DHL sites
- Local procurement requirements for Finance team
- To support Finance Assistant & Finance Manager with ad-hoc queries
- To undertake any other duties necessary for the effective operation of the finance department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven track record in a similar level role with experience of the above requirements
- Ability to influence key decision makers at all levels
- Knowledge of accounting processes and terminology
