Job Description
- Acting promptly to manage and recover debts owed by Firm debtors
- Keeping track of unpaid customer accounts and consulting the Partners to decide on the best course of action
- Reaching out to clients via a variety of productive and efficient techniques
- Establishing internal connections with customer contacts to ensure that pertinent data is acquired and analyzed for prompt payment of invoices.
- Ensuring prompt debt repayment
- Resolving appropriate client queries and questions.
- Debtor position reconciliation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Profound expertise in credit control and a keen interest in debt management
- Capability to contribute to the Finance team while fostering and upholding collaborative connections both internally and outside
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Understanding of deadlines, aptitude for setting priorities, and flexibility when necessary
