We are seeking a dynamic, professional and knowledgeable administrator who can support the Service Manager and ensure the needs of our customers are satisfied swiftly and efficiently.
Record accurately and efficiently all orders and ensure that suppliers meet deadlines. Use initiative to deliver results and maintain the customers’ needs are at the forefront of all activities. Ensure all service administration duties are carried out accurately and within agreed time scales. Maintain close relationships with accounting and management team and inform them of any problems.

A reasonable level of mechanical awareness coupled with the desire to learn more (further training will be delivered by the Service Manager who has over 30 years experience in this field. Excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone and via email. The ability to record information accurately and efficiently A good level of IT proficiency Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines and procedures
