Job Description

You will drive company growth through financial strategy. You will establish strong financial management and effective financial functions as well as overseeing end to end logistics and operational elements of the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic financial leadership
• Financial reporting, annual plans, quarterly re-forecasts
• Process payroll
• Manage third party accounting firms
• Overseeing logistics and operations, including HR

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, qualified
• Five years’ post qualification experience
• Minimum two plus years’ continuous tenure in a senior finance/operations position (financial controller or above)
• Ideally experienced working for a start-up
• Fashion and/or retail industry experience, preferable
